Details of Sony’s PSP Go leak before game show
he details of Sony’s latest version of its PlayStation Portable just keep leaking out. Engadget reports that Sony will announce the PSP Go at its E3 game show press conference on Tuesday.
If the details are correct, this new device will be one of the headline grabbers among all of the new developments at the show.
Pieces of the announcement have trickled out for months. Now the PSP Go details include images and now a leaked video of Sony’s PlayStation Network Qore video show. The gadget has 16 megabytes of internal flash memory for storing games, videos and music. And there is no Universal Memory Disc drive, the proprietary Sony format that has been slammed for being closed in the age of the (slightly more open) iPod.
